UCF should not be a double-digit dog to Ole Miss tonight.  UCF went 16-15 last season, and they have their two most important players back from that squad.  The also have 5 letter-winners back.  Fortunately, one of them is leading scorer, G Jermaine Taylor, 20.8 PPG and 4.7 RPG, who made Second-Team All-C-USA.  Ole Miss has proven to be vulnerable in their last 2 games.  They lost to Utah 83-72 and barely beat Marshall 82-78 in a pair of neutral site contests.  Ole Miss is overrated by the linesmakers in the early going, as they are 3-1 SU but only 1-3 ATS.  They are getting too much credit again tonight.  UCF already has proven they can win the big road game, winning at Nevada 72-71 as an 18-point underdog.  The Knights are improved this season, and they will compete for the C-USA crown with all the returning talent they have back.  These teams met up last year, with Ole Miss winning by 9 points at UCF.  But in 2008, the Knights have more talent back then Ole Miss and that’s enough evidence to pull the trigger on UCF as a double-digit dog tonight.  Ole Miss is 0-7 ATS (-7.7 Units) vs. poor free throw shooting teams – making <=63% of their attempts over the last 2 seasons.  Take UFC and the points.
