Tim Duncan has guys like Manu Ginobli, Tony Parker and Robert Horry with big-time playoff experience. They all know what it takes to win. Then match that with Michael Finley, a guy who hasn’t even smelled a championship but is playing like a superstar. Finley would give up a lot for a championship ring right now and he is playing possessed. The Spurs just have too many weapons and play better defense than any other team in the league. That is a deadly combination and shows why they keep making return appearances to the NBA Finals. Fabricio Oberto is playing his best ball of the season and will be a big difference maker, matching Zydrunas Ilgauskas every step of the way.

Cleveland could win a few home games in this series, but our 2007 NBA Finals Predictions will be backing the San Antonio Spurs. The Cavs will most likely win a couple home games, but there is no chance that Cleveland steals one from San Antonio on the road. This is a big factor as to why we are taking the Spurs to win the 2007 NBA Finals. San Antonio is 32-16 on the road this season while Cleveland is a mere 25-24 away from home. San Antonio will win at least one road game in this series to put away Cleveland before a 7 th game even comes into play. Take the Spurs to win in 6 games.
